Sizing: Cook's shirts are sized for men, but these are not "bulky" on women and do not have overly wide shoulders (we wouldn't wear them if we looked dorky!). We carry small and medium. A small will generally fit up to a women's size 8; a medium will fit a women's size 10-12.
